Project YES is not responsible for errors, omissions, scheduling changes, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect your event. By booking with Project Yes, clients agree to all terms, policies, and conditions outlined by the company. Project YES is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the misuse of our services or failure to follow provided instructions.
At Project YES, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply:

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your date, time, and event materials, and therefore cannot be returned.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event:
No refund will be issued. Any payments made, including the remaining balance, are fully non-refundable. -
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled event:
A partial refund will be issued for the balance only (the deposit remains non-refundable). The exact amount refunded may vary depending on preparation -
In the rare event that Project YES must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or issues on our end, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
