The Terms & Conditions provided by Project Yes are for general informational purposes and outline the standard policies governing our services. They are not intended to serve as legal advice. While Project YES strives to keep these terms accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees of completeness or applicability to every situation.By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Project Yes is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from misunderstandings of these terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions prior to booking and for staying informed of any updates or revisions.


Terms & Conditions 

By booking a service with Project Yes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the date specified on your invoice or before the event begins.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours before your event: No refunds are provided.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: A partial refund of the remaining balance may be issued. Deposits remain non-refundable.

  • If Project YES cancels: A full refund, including the deposit, will be provided.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours in advance may be accommodated depending on availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made under 24 hours may require a new deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details (location, time, access instructions, etc.).

  • Ensuring a safe, accessible setup space for our team.

  • Returning any rental items in the same condition they were delivered, if applicable.

5. Service Limitations

Project Yes is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Venue restrictions

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Safety hazards or access issues on site

6. Damages & Loss

Clients may be charged for any lost, damaged, or stolen rental items or equipment resulting from their event.

7. Photo & Media Use

Project YES may capture photos or videos of event setups for promotional use unless the client submits a written request opting out.

8. Liability

Project YES is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss unrelated to our equipment or services

  • Issues arising from misuse of our setups or failure to follow provided instructions

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Project Yes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
